Case No. 19-cv-08402
UPDATE AS OF November 29, 2022: The Court overseeing this case recently ordered the Settlement Administrator to redistribute the residual funds remaining in the Settlement Fund due to some Class Members failing to cash their original settlement payments. The Settlement Administrator will send the second round of payments on or around December 2, 2022. Any checks issued will become void 90 days after issuance. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Settlement Administrator through this website.
IF YOU SCANNED YOUR FINGER AT AN OCTAPHARMA PLASMA FACILITY IN ILLINOIS BETWEEN DECEMBER 2, 2014 AND FEBRUARY 4, 2020, YOU CAN CLAIM A PAYMENT FROM A CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT.
