UPDATE AS OF November 29, 2022: The Court overseeing this case recently ordered the Settlement Administrator to redistribute the residual funds remaining in the Settlement Fund due to some Class Members failing to cash their original settlement payments. If you successfully received your original settlement payment (by check or an electronic payment method, like Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal), you will receive a second settlement payment in the amount of $14.04 via the same payment method you received your original settlement payment. The Settlement Administrator will send the second round of payments on or around December 2, 2022. Any checks issued will become void 90 days after issuance. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Settlement Administrator through this website.
IF YOU SCANNED YOUR FINGER AT AN OCTAPHARMA PLASMA FACILITY IN ILLINOIS BETWEEN DECEMBER 2, 2014 AND FEBRUARY 4, 2020, YOU CAN CLAIM A PAYMENT FROM A CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT.
